NMS can provide a wide array of services to allow an individuals needs to be met while remaining in their own home. NMS has relationships in different communities throughout Northern Michigan to ensure that individuals who need services are receiving those services in conjunction with other agencies to provide cost effective comprehensive support. NMS offers these service 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Quality and satisfaction of services is the goal of NMS service provision. Prior to receiving services a thorough assessment is completed to assess the person's needs. A plan of service is then developed with input from the individual, family and health care providers. Monitoring of services is ongoing to be sure that the plan is working and adjustments are made as needed.
